Each piece from Archive of Dreams is made to order and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. During peak periods or new collection releases, processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience as we handle every order with care.
Shipping Times
We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary by location:

United States & Canada: 4–7 business days

Europe & UK: 5–9 business days

Rest of world: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow your artwork’s journey.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may occasionally be affected by customs delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Every order is fully insured.
If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@archiveofdreams.com within 30 days of delivery so we can help locate or replace it.
